Chef and Owner
Anna was born in Minnesota and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Growing up, Anna learned how to cultivate fruits and vegetables from her grandmother’s garden and saw how the home grown produce went from garden to table. She loved being in the kitchen helping her mom and grandmother and developing her cooking skills. By the age of 14, Anna was cooking complete meals for her entire family. She continued cooking throughout her teenage years and honing her skills.
After graduating high school, Anna decided to follow her passion and moved to Arizona to attend Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. Along with Anna's degree, she is also certified as a Food Protection Manager through ServSafe. Anna has a special interest in preparing meals with organic foods - “Fresh is Best”.

Anna also spent some time working at an integrative cancer center, which really impacted her outlook on how food or what we put into our bodies effects our health. She has a special place in her heart for her people battling diseases and being able to provide food to help them heal.

Anna understands the importance of organic and "whole foods", and its relation to health and wellness. Along with its impact on our physical health, food is an important part of socialization and "family time". It is special to sit down together with the ones we love and enjoy a meal that is not only nutritious but delicious.
